● Design and technical communication skills: concepts, 3D visuals, working and shop drawings
● Technical Illustrations and Instruction Manuals
● Experience with provincial building codes & developing practical solutions to meet requirements
● Experience with building permit applications and re-zoning design requirements
● Advanced CAD skills including 3D visualizations , 2D drafting and detailed rendering.
● Proficient graphic design skills with Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign experience
